Customer Support coverage generally for customers having active subscription and contract with Variantum:
Included and will be charged based on hourly based work according to contract:
- Variantum's application support
- Basic level user instruction when help required
- Diagnosis and service for reported issues
- Bug and enhancement reporting
- Premium support with SLA according to contract
Not Included (for example):
- Custom reporting & scripting
- Modifications to Variantum’s products
- Comprehensive product training
- Any new integrations or other changes
- On-site assistance
