Customer Support coverage generally for customers having active subscription and contract with Variantum:​

Included and will be charged based on hourly based work according to contract:

  • Variantum's application support
  • Basic level user instruction​ when help required
  • Diagnosis and service for reported issues​
  • Bug and enhancement reporting​
  • Premium support with SLA according to contract

Not Included (for example):

  • Custom reporting & scripting​
  • Modifications to Variantum’s products​
  • Comprehensive product training​
  • Any new integrations or other changes​
  • On-site assistance​
